MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY

My name is Carlito De Guzman Dayao. I was born on April 29, 1981 and raised at Barangay Entablado, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. My parents are Mr. Claudio Quiroz Dayao and Mrs. Catalina De Guzman Dayao. First among five siblings, four boys and one girl which is the youngest. My brothers are Christian Faizal, Charlie, Claudio Junior and my sister is Cathlyn. I was study primary at Entablado Elementary School and secondary at Cabiao National High School. I am studying now at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology taking up the course of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education, major of Industrial Arts. Currently a third year student of the said college university. I am an introvert type of person but know how to adapt on the environment I am living with. My hobbies are watching movies; reading books, and hangs with my friends. I don’t have an organization at school but an active youth leader at the parish church at St. John Nepomucene Parish in Cabiao. Member of Parish Youth Ministry and Evangelization Head Committee as of this time. I am also an active member of Unang Sigaw Cursillo Team and have a position of Board Director and Assistant Secretary in the executive position of the said organization in which our base located somewhere in Tondo. Our group vision and mission is to evangelize all the Christians and spread the word of God. I am also a member of SANLAKAS partylist.
